How It Started

Sarah Johnson, our CEO, was running a customer service team and realized WhatsApp had become the primary communication channel. But managing it was chaotic.

Team members didn't know who was responding to which message. Customers got ignored. Important conversations were lost. There had to be a better way.

In 2022, we built messagespilot as the solution. A shared inbox for WhatsApp that lets teams collaborate, manage conversations, and scale support operations.
