1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is entered into between messagespilot Inc. ("Data Controller" or "we") and you ("Data Processor" or "you"), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which personal data is processed in connection with the provision of our services.
2. Definitions
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, transmission, erasure, or destruction.
Data Subject: The individual to whom personal data relates.
Data Controller: The entity which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Data Processor: The entity which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
